  The Action plus team have been extremely supportive and professional during my recovery. I have had several weekly sessions with most of the physio team at quakers hill since last year 2014, after damaging tendons and nerves in my hand. I chose to go back to them again after a work related injury which I severely damaged my knee, foot and ankle.
  I have made a great recovery with my wrist and hand thanks to Simone ,Jeff and Guarin. I had a lot of work done initially which meant I got to experience treatment from several members of the team, All who were very consistent and communicated well amongst each other and my GP.
  
  I chose to go back to Action plus when i injured my leg because of how well they have supported me not only physically but emotionally too, I feared permanent damage that could affect my job, and livelihood which was very stressful and frustrating. However their treatment has been amazing and helped me get more confidence around this.
  
  Guarin is currently treating me for my leg injury. I find him to be very professional and respectful, as well as fun . We have had many a good banter to distract and help ease my pain.
  
  They are very friendly and make the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. They have always been reliable in service and i highly recommend them.
  
  They are frequently supporting their community and participate and promote in supporting great causes and charities , i love how well the team work together including doing things like fun runs where they invite clients to join.

  its also good as the always posting interesting facts and info on there too.
  
  Really want to say a big thanks to Simone, Guarin, Jeff, Narina ,Jas and the rest of the team for all your hard work in helping me back on my feet again and wrist. Its not going to be the same once i finish treatment. So ill just have to book in for the occasional massage or dry needling session.
